Public Sector Partnerships Lead - France

The role

This role sits in ElevenLabs' public sector function for France and reports into the broader go-to-market effort. The lead will open doors with ministries, agencies, public bodies, and state-owned firms so they adopt the company's products, while also serving as a policy voice on AI governance and related topics.

What you would do

• Locate public-sector partnership openings across French healthcare, education, transport, public finance, and state-owned firms, then connect them with the sales team
• Cultivate a broad web of contacts spanning government departments, public agencies, and state enterprises beyond policy-focused staff
• Push government uptake of the company's offerings alongside go-to-market colleagues
• Develop alliances with lawmakers, regulators, trade groups, and civil society organizations
• Speak for the company at industry gatherings on public policy matters
• Track French and EU rule changes affecting AI, then brief leadership on implications
• Help internal legal, safety, and security teams shape company policies
• Design and run policy advocacy campaigns and social-impact programs

• Over ten years across public and private sector roles, with a record of government relationships that produced commercial or tech adoption results
• Current, extensive network across French public institutions, including healthcare, education, and transport
• Track record of opening technology partnerships with government bodies
• Working knowledge of French and EU AI law covering governance, safety, copyright, privacy, data protection, competition, and digital rights
• Proven ability to shape policy outcomes and assemble coalitions
• Strong written and spoken communication, including briefing officials
• Fluent in English and French
