The role
Working under the senior director who leads product design, this person anchors the experience for enterprise content tooling across sites, channels, and automated agents. The role covers the Content and Localization groups within the Build area of the company's marketing platform.
What you would do
- Drive the experience from initial research and strategic framing through prototypes and final delivery quality.
- Map how large marketing organizations create, structure, approve, and release content across many properties, keeping that flow cohesive from editing screens through translation and publishing.
- Create interfaces for two audiences: people inside marketing teams and AI agents that read and assemble structured content, each with suitable controls and trust cues.
- Reason about how connected screens affect one another so complicated flows still feel intuitive.
- Collaborate upstream with product managers, engineers, and researchers to settle content structures, interface contracts, and direction before building begins.
- Communicate tradeoffs and a point of view on how this content product ties into the wider platform to executives.
- Raise standards for craft and process, including using AI to accelerate delivery without lowering quality.
What they asked for
- Bachelor's degree or comparable practical experience.
- Seven or more years designing products, backed by a portfolio of recent work on unclear problems in intricate software.
- Proven skill at making sophisticated software easy for users to grasp.
- Ability to think across interdependent surfaces where one choice affects others.
- Enough technical fluency to discuss APIs, data models, and content architecture with engineers.
- Strong visual and interaction design, plus working knowledge of AI-assisted tooling including building prototypes in code.
Nice to have
- Prior work on content systems, collaborative multi-user workflows, or agent-driven products.
- Comfort operating near the boundary between design and production code.
