Webflow

Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

The role

This is a senior individual-contributor engineering seat on a newly forming Argentina team, one of the first hires for Webflow's Buenos Aires presence. • Write maintainable, tested, performant code and review design documents
  • Influence technical direction and help set team priorities
  • Partner with product and design colleagues in a self-directed setting
  • Coach junior engineers and contribute to hiring, blogging, and hackathons
