Brand Producer, Link

The role

This individual contributor sits inside the Link brand team as its only producer, working alongside the Link creative director. The job shifts between high-level program oversight and hands-on production supervision, depending on where each project is in its lifecycle. It sits within Brand Studio, which builds Stripe's design systems and campaigns.

What you would do

• Own roadmap, budget, scoping, timelines, and staffing for all Link brand programs
• Juggle many concurrent projects of varying size across social, web, email, and campaigns
• Evolve Link design systems with the creative director and streamline team workflows
• Coordinate with cross-functional design teams to keep systems aligned across surfaces
• Source, onboard, and manage outside creative agencies
• Run documentation, trackers, meetings, and updates; escalate risks to Brand Studio leadership
• Champion design quality with internal teams and vendors
• Mentor creatives on process and best practices

• Six or more years in comparable operations or production roles
• Strong user empathy and ability to craft distinctive engagement approaches
• Ability to build complex multi-team roadmaps in a fast-moving setting
• Manage team budgets, resourcing, and cadence while setting program direction
• Solid design judgment and hands-on production across brand, web, motion, email, and reusable assets
• Regular use of AI tools for scheduling, workflow, and asset scaling, plus building AI systems for teammates
• In-house brand experience, comfortable with shared resources and single-leader accountability
• Track record of scaling creative systems and influencing agencies and internal stakeholders
• Meticulous attention to detail and clarity in simplifying complicated work
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
