Brand Designer, Privy

The role

This role owns Privy's complete visual brand strategy and execution across marketing, product, and web touchpoints. Reporting into the design team at Stripe's crypto infrastructure division, you'll define brand identity, produce marketing assets, and collaborate with product and go-to-market teams to communicate complex developer tools clearly.

What you would do

• Define and evolve visual brand identity across all company touchpoints and channels
• Design and produce marketing collateral including social content, launch visuals, presentations, and event materials
• Partner with go-to-market on demos and prototypes that simplify technical narratives
• Integrate brand expression into product design through UI, empty states, onboarding, and motion
• Lead creative direction for website from concept through production
• Maintain and expand visual systems and design components for consistency
• Build scalable templates and frameworks to streamline asset creation

What they asked for

• Seven or more years in brand, marketing, or visual design positions
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaigns, visuals, motion, and site work with visual systems depth
• Excellent visual and typographic sensibility with attention to craft
• Ability to work independently from ideation through execution and refinement
• Experience producing marketing assets for landing pages, social, email, presentations, and events
• Comfortable partnering with product designers and marketing teams
• Willingness to experiment and develop distinct visual perspective
• Proficiency in Figma with additional Framer experience

Nice to have

• Motion design skills in After Effects, Rive, or Lottie
• Background in fintech, developer tools, or cryptocurrency
• Design systems or brand architecture experience
• Strategic thinking about brand voice and messaging beyond visual execution
• Ability to produce high volume of work rapidly
