Engineering Manager - Social Listening

The role

This role manages engineers spanning iOS, Android, backend, and cross-platform work on Jam, the feature that lets friends and groups listen together in real time. The manager partners with product, design, and engineering leadership to set direction and roadmaps. Location is London or Stockholm with a blend of in-office days and remote flexibility.

• Manage and develop engineers across mobile and backend platforms
• Deliver features supporting synchronized shared listening
• Partner with product, design, and engineering leads on vision and roadmap
• Help the team handle hard problems like sync, device connectivity, and cross-platform parity
