Associate Product Manager (New Grad)

The role

This is an early-career product position embedded in a cross-functional group that builds consumer-facing financial tools. The associate joins a fast-moving team and works closely with engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers. Mentorship from seasoned product leaders is a core part of the experience.

What you would do

• Learn customer needs by partnering with peers in engineering, design, research, analytics, and go-to-market groups
• Shape product direction and translate it into concrete plans tied to company objectives
• Act as a central communication point that keeps multiple teams aligned
• Own launch execution, keeping timelines and quality bars intact
• Define success metrics and watch engagement and adoption over time

What they asked for

• Enrolled full time in a degree program in computing, engineering, business, economics, or an adjacent discipline
• Expected graduation window falls between Winter 2026 and Summer 2027
• Zero to one year of experience in product or adjacent work
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude with a bias toward data-informed choices
• Proven ability to lead informally and collaborate across functions
• Self-starting attitude that drives ideas into shipped work
• Genuine interest in financial products, markets, and new technology
