Senior Product Manager, Go-To-Market Systems

The role

This role sits within the Go-to-Market Strategy organization and supports the Go-to-Market Systems team, which builds tooling for the global sales force and smooths advertiser onboarding. The PM will set direction for sales technology meant to reshape how the organization operates as it scales, working alongside GTM leaders, data teams, and engineers. The position requires presence in one of the four hub cities.

What you would do

• Set product direction, roadmap, and architecture for sales teams focused on expanding the advertiser base
• Investigate pain points for sellers and advertisers and find chances to automate and streamline their work
• Build tools that raise seller output in account planning, health scoring, relationship management, and data enrichment
• Strengthen the underlying data layer, including entity matching, enrichment, and workflow orchestration, to support an AI-first approach
• Measure results through experiments, metrics, and customer input on efficiency, revenue, and quality
• Coordinate work across engineering, outside vendors, system owners, and business partners
• Convert GTM strategy into product requirements, success measures, and engineering priorities
• Lead adoption and change management for new capabilities across go-to-market teams

What they asked for

• 7+ years of product management experience spanning GTM systems, enterprise SaaS, and AI-enabled tools
• Working knowledge of modern GTM platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, enrichment tools, lead routing and scoring, billing, or lifecycle systems
• Demonstrated skill at building cross-functional influence, aligning strategy, and communicating with executives
• Analytical mindset with ability to define KPIs, run experiments, and prioritize investment with data
• Comfortable working through ambiguity in fast-changing settings with frequent iteration
