Senior Software Engineer, Backend

The role

This role sits on the engineering team that builds the infrastructure letting developers and consumers link bank accounts to apps. The engineer works across backend services and APIs, partnering with product, design, and data teams, and also contributes to technical direction and coaching other engineers.

What you would do

• Build and upkeep backend services optimized for speed, dependability, and growth
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to shape and deliver new features
• Produce readable, maintainable, and efficient code
• Create automated test coverage and diagnose production issues
• Contribute hands-on to coding and system architecture decisions
• Mentor teammates and review design documents and code changes
