Content Growth Specialist, APAC Growth [6-Month Fixed Term]

The role

This six-month contract position builds region-specific programs and outreach to keep scaled creators engaged on the platform in India and Southeast Asia. It sits within the growth function and works closely with partner managers and product colleagues. The role is based in Singapore and requires some in-person presence at the local office.

What you would do

• Support creator acquisition and retention in the India and Southeast Asia growth markets.
• Partner with strategic partner managers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver programs.
• Build engagement and activation plans for large creator groups across email, push alerts, and similar channels.
• Run split tests to learn which factors drive creator campaign results.
• Own the full lifecycle of organic and sponsored creator challenges that reward participation.
• Maintain a communications calendar spanning email and other in-app channels.
• Define, monitor, and examine success measures for each program to surface regional insights.

• At least five years of relevant experience.
• Solid background managing creators and/or strategic partners across APAC.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries.
• Strong project coordination and execution, plus data collection and analysis skills.
• Effective communicator who collaborates well across functions.
• Proven use of AI tools to speed up work and raise output quality.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
