Product Designer

The role

This is a product design role at Notion, a collaborative AI workspace company. The designer will shape how teams interact with software by creating intuitive, pixel-perfect interfaces and evolving design systems at scale. The position requires end-to-end ownership of features from concept through launch, working closely with engineering, marketing, and customer teams.

What you would do

• Design product concepts balancing vision, craft, execution speed, and business viability
• Execute feature details from conception through polished user interface implementation
• Lead projects collaboratively with engineers to deliver designs to production
• Partner with customer-facing teams to understand diverse user segment needs and priorities
• Contribute to product roadmap prioritization using customer insights and design intuition
• Collaborate with marketing on storytelling across user lifecycle and communication channels
• Establish and evolve design patterns and system components as organization scales
