The role

- Care for UX, responsiveness, and visual quality, and willingness to challenge work that feels off
- Able to shape a problem independently without relying on heavy product management direction
- Strong sense of ownership, taking features from initial idea through to release
- Comfortable in a remote, asynchronous setting on a lean team
Nice to have
- Prior experience at a startup or at a company known for high engineering standards
