Forward Deployed Data Scientist

The role

This role sits within the Research, Analytics and Data Science group and places data scientists directly with the largest customers of the Fin AI agent. The person builds enterprise deployments on site and channels what they learn in the field back into product direction.

What you would do

• Help customers expand their use of the Fin agent to automate support operations.
• Learn how a client's support processes, data, and commercial goals fit together, then identify where AI can add measurable value.
• Guide customers on measurement methods and responsible AI adoption so they capture the full benefit.
• Coordinate with sales, success, and product colleagues to keep deployments smooth and turn field findings into product input.
• Build and test data-driven solutions using AI tooling, including internal tools that speed up adoption work.
• Deliver enterprise-grade Fin implementations for strategic accounts.
