Engineering Manager

The role

This is a people-leadership position inside Fin's engineering organization in Berlin, taking over an established group of engineers. The manager sets team direction alongside peers in product and design, and turns broader strategy into concrete goals and measurable outcomes.

What you would do

• Co-define team direction with engineering, product, and design leadership
• Convert strategy into clear priorities, goals, and trackable results with the team
• Drive productivity, performance, uptime, and code quality across the team
• Coach and mentor engineers and fellow managers as a role model
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture centered on focused, high-impact delivery
• Improve planning, decision-making, and cross-team communication
• Contribute to company-wide engineering culture and improvement programmes
