Engineering Manager, AI Models Infrastructure

The role

This engineering manager role sits within the AI Group at Fin, which is part of Salesforce. The AI Models Infrastructure team builds the foundational systems that let other teams train and run Fin's in-house models, and the manager will guide a group of senior engineers while supporting ML scientists and engineers. • Set and execute roadmaps with the senior engineers, weighing delivery, quality, and experimentation
• Give engineers room to take initiative and grow their impact
• Grow into ownership of more platform areas as the team and its AI work expand
