Director of Solutions Marketing

The role

This leader runs a group that sits alongside product marketing as the outbound-facing counterpart, translating the full Fin product into segment-specific messaging and field-ready content. The role reports into senior leadership and works directly with revenue teams, enterprise ABM efforts, and demand generation to win deals and grow recurring revenue.

What you would do

• Co-develop company-level messaging with product marketing and executive stakeholders, including how differentiators land with each audience
• Tailor positioning and content to priority industries by studying what buyers in each vertical value
• Position the product for enterprise buyers and support account-based campaigns and long sales cycles
• Build and run a customer intelligence function that keeps sellers prepared to win competitive deals
• Coordinate with product marketing and enablement so sales teams have product, company, and competitor knowledge
• Provide strategy, messaging, and content to support demand generation programs and sales plays
• Manage and develop a team of solutions marketers
