Senior Regional Marketing Manager, EMEA

The role

This senior individual-contributor role sits on the Regional Marketing team and partners closely with Sales, Product, and Ecosystem groups. The person designs and runs region-wide plans that mix in-person events and digital activity aimed at enterprise buyers, then measures results to refine future work. Frequent travel and work with outside agencies and partners are part of the job.

What you would do

• Build detailed plans and run integrated campaigns supporting Sales and Ecosystem objectives across the region
• Design and execute field marketing approaches combining live and online tactics to drive pipeline
• Test programs continuously and turn lessons into repeatable best practices
• Report program impact to local leaders and executives, adapting the message for each audience
• Manage regional marketing budgets with a focus on return and financial discipline
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and other marketing groups on demand generation work
• Oversee external agencies and third-party partners delivering campaigns and events
• Improve internal processes within the regional marketing organization
