AI Transformation Owner, Product & Design

Owns a function's AI strategy and builds no-code agents to reshape how the team works, partnering with an AI engineer to drive adoption.

The role

This role sits inside a business function and treats that function's operating model as the product. The owner maps workflows, picks where AI should change them, and sets priorities with an executive sponsor. They also prototype agents and skills on no-code and low-code platforms, then hand scaling work to an AI engineer from the Enterprise AI team.

What you would do

  • Set the function's AI strategy with an executive sponsor and define impact metrics
  • Map end-to-end workflows, including upstream and downstream handoffs, to find real bottlenecks
  • Collect AI ideas and requests through a champion network and rank them against business goals
  • Drive adoption through shared demos, office hours, onboarding, and feedback loops
  • Build and iterate agents on no-code platforms, including skills files and tool connections
  • Monitor agent performance, run evaluations after changes, and retire outdated agents
  • Coordinate with the AI engineer on architecture, secure system access, and what to build next

What they asked for

  • Deep working knowledge of how the home function operates and where work stalls
  • Product-style prioritization and the ability to hold firm on priorities
  • Strong communication and influence across teams
  • Experience running volunteer networks or communities of practice
  • Hands-on comfort with AI tools, agent setup, and troubleshooting without writing production code
  • Clear grasp of AI capabilities such as summarization, classification, generation, and agentic automation
  • Ability to map structured and unstructured data flows

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with no-code or low-code AI platforms or prompt engineering
