Brand Designer, Web

The role

This role sits within the Brand Studio and centers on Figma's marketing websites, blending web design, product storytelling, and brand expression. The designer shapes how launches, campaigns, and events appear online while also contributing to the shared web design system. It is a full-time individual contributor position based in a US hub or remote within the United States.

What you would do

• Lead visual and UX design for marketing sites from first concept through prototype to live release
• Translate product capabilities into web narratives in partnership with product marketing and content strategy
• Invent new web interactions and layouts that depart from typical software-company patterns, working with engineers to build them
• Create distinctive pages for launches, campaigns, and events while keeping accessibility and performance intact
• Plan site architecture, information structure, and navigation to support content goals
• Improve the web design system by developing templates and reusable components
• Pass along experiments and techniques to the wider brand and partner teams

What they asked for

• Five or more years of website design experience, supported by a portfolio demonstrating range in visual, motion, and type work
• A distinct perspective on communicating software products through the web
• Proficient in Figma for design, prototyping, and implementation, with enthusiasm for emerging design, development, and AI tooling
• Solid grounding in information architecture, UX, and accessibility standards, plus experience maintaining design systems
• Track record of using evidence and metrics to test ideas and guide choices
• Able to take ambiguous projects from start to finish independently while coordinating across design, copy, strategy, engineering, and growth
