Full-Stack Engineer

The role

This engineer sits on lean, autonomous product teams building on top of the company's voice models. The work spans the full stack, from user-facing interfaces to server-side systems, and involves collaborating with engineering, growth, and sales to solve customer and internal workflow problems. Assignments are flexible, so engineers may prototype new products or improve existing ones.

What you would do

• Build and upkeep product features and platform capabilities powered by the company's voice models
• Own features end to end across client and server layers, and influence their product direction
• Partner with engineering, growth, and sales colleagues to define and design solutions for key problems
• Prototype new products, sometimes alongside partner customers, with potential to scale into new markets
• Refine existing products for usability and power, including large UX changes and third-party integrations
• Strengthen internal infrastructure so products stay available, fast, and secure at scale
• Help assemble and process very large datasets to support future voice model development

What they asked for

• Strong Python skills
• Hands-on experience building web interfaces with TypeScript and React
• Working knowledge of software and system design, including APIs, cloud services, storage, and data structures
• No formal degree or certification required; evidence of solving hard problems via past projects, designs, or open-source work is valued

Nice to have

• Experience with test design
• Awareness of security practices
