  • Work with revenue leaders, field reps, and SDRs on pre- and post-event tactics that reach target accounts and generate pipeline.
  • Coordinate with internal partners on Asana-hosted events spanning account-based marketing, brand, community, and customer advocacy.
  • Build repeatable workflows, templates, and standards that regional field teams can reuse.
  • Track event performance, lead flow, pipeline creation, and overall program return on investment.

What they asked for

  • Six or more years of field marketing work, ideally serving enterprise B2B or SaaS buyers.
  • Hands-on record of delivering multi-part events on compressed timelines.
  • Skilled at building relationships, leading cross-functional groups, working with executives and high-profile speakers, and earning sales leadership buy-in.
  • Self-directed and organized, with strong project management and the ability to adapt in fast-moving settings.
  • Working familiarity with marketing technology such as Salesforce or Marketo, and comfort using data to guide decisions.
  • Willing to travel within the region as needed.
  • Curious about AI tools and emerging technology, and eager to apply them to productivity and decision-making.
