Backend Software Engineer - Guest & Host

The role

This role involves developing backend infrastructure supporting Airbnb's guest and host platforms across 40+ European markets. • Design and implement backend features enabling personalized hosting experiences
• Build systems prioritizing reliability, performance, and cost efficiency
• Write technical designs balancing functional and non-functional requirements

• Contribute to technical direction and raise engineering quality standards
